By signing up for a FMSTA membership, you agree that you have served the Massachusetts State Police and when your service ended with the Department, you left honorably. The annual fee is non-refundable. If the FMSTA finds reason to end your membership, you agree that the fee is non-refundable. Your membership will auto-renew with your card on file, on the anniversary date from when you signed-up or paid your annual dues. You can manage this within your profile settings, under "My Subscriptions."
